bullet list responsive - 3rd line not offsetting

Post by Phidippus » Fri Sep 15, 2017 5:06 am

Seems when I have more than 2 lines after a bullet when using the bullet list in a responsive grid setting, as the list collapses to a smaller width any lines rolled over past two lines do not indent to the right of the bullet like the above lines for that bullet. Here's a screenshot:

Is this correct behavior...? Thanks.

PS: I also have to remove the bullet list from inside a grid layer in order to edit the text, then I can place it back in the grid.
I can alleviate the indentation problem by making the lines shorter in length - fewer characters - but I still must remove the list from a grid to edit the text.

I was not able to reproduce this behavior.
Maybe you have added custom code to the page?
Or maybe you have copied the text form another editor and it contains invalid formatting?
What is the URL of the page so I can see what you have done?

OK... I will do that. But yes, I do have some custom code, so let me eliminate that first. Sorry I forgot to try that first.
I also need to upload an earlier page because I went ahead and worked around the glitch by using shorter lines of text. Be back in 5 minutes. :D

I removed my custom code and it still has the glitch as you change the page width in fluid fashion:

This one has the glitch and some css I added to the html that forces the wrapped menu to center:

Now... I do have the bullet list inside a single column grid which is inside a double column grid.
I bet this is the problem. Gonna try it in a single grid depth.

Nope... still has the glitch.

Thanks for the examples!
I have found the problem and it will be fixed in the next update.

BTW... I discovered that the problem of the 3rd plus lines not offsetting can be eliminated by NOT setting the bulleted list properties to enable responsive fonts. (don't check that parameter) I still can't edit the list without setting it outside a grid first.
I know you are getting to this next update - I just thought this info might help. And it does provide a workaround for anyone "listening". :D
