well i do not see any admin section. How can we use it if the client can not upload picture of the house an fill up a form with description.

real estate template should be database driven.

Hello maxime,
Firstly, this is a template design and not a website.
Even if this template had used WB CMS / WB Member System, with WB CMS / WB Member System, clients can login but on their own cannot "upload picture of the house and fill up a form with description"(WB CMS is for single user-Admin updation only). If someone wants to use such features, it is strongly suggested to move to high end CMS.
Having said that, WB CMS or WB Member system can be easily incorporated by the user into the design.
