I tried to see if anyone else have this issue. I have to update my extensions, but see that they don't automatically update in the web pages within WB10 after I increase version # in extension and build.

This is manual installs only.

Just replace the previous version of the extension.
Make sure the extensions are not in use/loaded when you try to update them.
