Yes, the folder is writable.

Have just changed the structure so far that each side has the same way to access the avatars can.

Say, now with the specification 'avatars' everything should work, but unfortunately it still does not work.

With the Admin Tool I can continue to change the pictures. Just not anymore with the converted forms.

You said that it worked before the conversion to a standard form?
Do you see any differences in the generated code?

The only difference I see is the encoding type of the form.
Please select 'multipart/form-data'
