Sign up: Destination and Verificated page difference

Hi.
In the Sign up > Object Properties I choose Email verification option.
But I am very confused about Destination page and Verificated page.
What I must write here?

The 'Verificated page' specifies the page that the user is directed to after email verification.

we mean that the user has previously received the generated code in his/her email?
In this case, the
Verificated page
may be the Login page?
What I must write in the field
Destination page?
