It can be removed, but you would need to make the chages yourself in the css file of the extension.

hello honwahp1

you mean the comment-box ? … if so then add this between the HEAD of your page

<script type="text/javascript">
$(document).ready( function(){$('.slider-description').css('visibility','hidden')});
</script>

I see great potential for this, but here is a screenshot I have been working on. I have followed all your instructions, but obviously I am missing something. Any advice or guidance? Thanks
capture012.png
FYI. I found this code in the source of the demo

easing:'easeInOutQuad',
duration:1200,
auto:true,
mainWidth:684,
mainHeight:300,
navigatorHeight : 100,
navigatorWidth : 310,
maxItemDisplay:3,
buttons:buttons } );

Navigation what I am having issues with. What are you calling navigation in the instructions?

@ tsunamitommy I have tried the extension and cannot find anything wrong...the only thing I can think of is the you have increased the height of the navigation and this is pushing it out and above the main image/s I would suggest that youkeep the original soize for the navigation or that you increase the size of the image window by the amount that you increasedthe navigation by this I mean

Original Settings in Extension
mainHeight:300,
navigatorHeight : 50,
Modified in Extension properties
mainHeight:350,
navigatorHeight : 100,

Question - what is the max number of slides allowed for this extension? If after reading the instructions I am unable to get it to work as envisioned, are you available for assistance outside this forum? Just curious. Thank you in advance. Possible project pending in the next month or so.

Yes but I figured it out, I do have one more question is there anyway to remove the date and time that keep showing up? I'd prefer to put my text within the artwork?

AS mentioned to IeMS I am not on PC that has WB installed so just of the top of head in the extension properties you should just be able to leave this blank....

BaconFries - no issue at the moment. Havn't started the project yet. Just curious if I run into a roadblock what my options are.
Also - how many pics are allowed in this slideshow? Is there a max number it can hold?

Here is the issue I am having for when you do get a chance to look at it, no rush. No matter how many times I take out this section the date still appears, and it's the wrong date of Monday, February 15, 2010 12:42. My goal would be to eliminate the date all together if possible. See screenshot SliderNews - Screen Shot 2 is after publishing and removing the date.

I've tried all possible layouts of it and the date always finds it's way back into that area regardless of deleting it or even replacing it with any information.

BaconFries - I'm revisiting this extension as I am looking for new ways to display the CTA at the top of the home page (instead of always using a nivo slider). I think I have the resized dimensions squared away and I found out how to hide the text box from the main pic (thank you for that update).

One question remains - I cannot figure out how to change the color of the current navigation box from green to something else. Is this possible? I'd also like to manimulate the padding of the text in the navigation. IE - scoot the text down. Is this possible?

Thank you in advance. I hope you are feeling better.

PS. Speaking of navigation - my dimensions seem to be a pixle off as the navigation is a bit shorter than the main area. See white area in upper-right. Which figure do I need to change to make them match?

No sorry this is not possible with this version of the script. The script I used has other layout designs from this one that do have the buttons at different positions etc. etc., at the time I simply chose this one to use as an extension.
