Jordan, this is just a suggestion...when you add a new extension how about putting the word "NEW" in BOLD in front of it and maybe have it displayed in a different colour so that visitors may find it easily. I see you add that at the top of the list..still give this idea a second thought.
Example :
**NEW** 404 Page Not Found .............................. me.prosenjeet ...... EB 2.0.2 ............ =
Just a suggestion, thanks for your good work

Hello me.prosenjeet

I thought about doing that a while ago, but decided not too
It just would create a lot more work
I would have to follow all changes doing that
If someone would update an extension, I would consider that a new extension to
basically I would be adding dates (following each extension)

also the list itself would become more cluttered and more work doing so
adding ie *NEW* or something like that, would just be more work to compensate to create a straight line
and it already looks like spaghetti . .

so with that in mind I decided not to do so.

Hi.

Firstly, is this thread up to date as it's a simple (but no less great, for that) idea and would save me/us time seeking extensions if I/we knew that this list was kept (reasonably) updated.

Easy for me to say, I know, as it ain't my job to do it and I don't wish to appear cheeky or ungrateful for the work involved compiling and updating it. Just asking is all.

Thanks for all the extensions anyway. As a newbie, I'm constantly amazed to discover that the more I learn - the less I seem to know (but I'm getting there.........slowly). :D

INDEX UPDATE!

The list became too long for one post, the last entries dropped of the post.
I therefore have split the list, and continue in the 2nd post.
Just a notice . . .

Hi there,

You know what would really be great? To have a ZIP containing all of the extensions instead of being obliged to download them all separately what is highly time consuming

That is not possible because the official extensions are free only for the registered user. Havent you downloaded them and noticed you are asked for your serial number?

I'm not talking about official extensions but users made ones.

If you look at the index, it includes the official ones too.
And consider the fact when extentions are updated/added/removed (believe me, this happen frequently), poor Jordan will have a tough time updating the zip file every now and then. Moreover, not all users require all the extensions. When they need, they visit the index section, select the one and download it. I think it is better the way it is

Me to. I like to keep my extensions to members of my site and due to reasons me.prosenjeet stated.

Regards,
Mathew
