This is strange.
Line one of texts.php reads
<?php

though this is generally achieved on its own, do this:

Set read-write-execute permissions to the directory "chattxt", CHMOD 0777 (or 0755).

Or contact me through here http://lucknowwebs.com/contact and I will have a look at it at your server level
