I am looking to create a membership site, mysql database driven, with secure login, registration and the ability for people to choose a membership package, pay for it via paypal and then have the site track their membership for the duration selected. When it comes due, I would like autopay to be active for recurring payments with paypal.

Does something like this already exist? Can it be created with WYSIWYG Web Builder 11 and helper php scripts?

Sorry there is no template for this. What you are asking is possible with the tools available within the program but you will need to implement the backend yourself with MySql and PHP. Please note that this is outwith the help offered and you may find that you have to outsourse this and pay.
