Is it possible to set up a store to sell digital products using the WYSIWYG Paypal eCommerce features?
If so, is there a link to how this can be done?

Yes, but you will need to implement the order processing yourself. This needs to be a server sided script.
Usually this is done via PayPal's IPN.
