which shopping cart to use ?

Post by spring » Sun Apr 19, 2015 7:45 pm

with WB 10, we have a website that uses the PayPal minicart shopping cart + checks out with PayPal

is there a smiliar cart that processes and displays the order the same way as this PayPal minicart, but give the online buyer the choice
1) to check out with PayPal
2) or to check out with e.g. Bancontact / Mister Cash (through the Mollie - website)
(optional, if also possible to implement more alternativesl) 3) or to check out with other method through the Mollie-website (e.g. creditcards)

and in next step link the chosen payment processor (PayPal or Mollie depending on the choice)

we like the style and behavior of the minicart -> so prefrably this style. Or if not this style : which other shopping cart can we implement ?

thanks in advance for you help / advice

best regards,

No, there is no standard solution for that. This requires custom scripting.

thx for the fast reply.

It would be nice of course, if future WB versions would offer such possibility (or if a (paid / free) extension would exist for it) :-)
Bancontact/ Mister Cash is very important for Belgian online market. And Mollie is an easy and attractive tool to use it.

Anyway, for the situation now : we know how to implement the Mollie API and to pass the necessary values to it. No problem about that.
So what we need in this case is a sample code for the cart, to have a starting point to find out how to deal with this.
Can you help us with such sample or documentation please?

or any suitable extensions ?

best regards,

I'm sorry I am not familiar with Bancontact/ Mister Cash / Mollie, so I cannot help you with write the code for that.
But you can add external code with HTML object:
