WWB in my opinion is the best, but I have had problems that I have spent hours trying to sort, only to discover that I hadn't changed the responsive pages at the various breakpoints - I'm sure the majority do not forget this element, but I have several times. Just might help somebody out there.

Yes, I’ve been caught out once or twice with that.
Perhaps have a non-published NOTES page as the first page of the project saying:
**** DON’T FORGET TO CHANGE BREAKPOINTS AS WELL ****
This will be the first thing you see when a project is opened.
