Tip - 320px page break not working on phones

I spent a long time trying to work out while my phone browser was not seeing the 320px page break after a lot of testing I realise that I had not ticked "Include 'min-width' in CSS3 media queries" in Manage page breaks.

This is probably because the view-port of your phone is not 320, but larger.
