Link to a bookmark on another page:
./page.html # bookmark name
Here is ' page name ', the name of the page
and "bookmark name" is the name of your bookmark.

To a bookmark on the same page.
1) make a text link or open your menu.
2) instead of the link, place a number sign #
3) click on HTML window at the top.
4) paste the name of your bookmark in it such as this example:
name = "bookmark1"
