Live Chat/Help

Post by kevinp »

I know this isn't really an extension as such but it is a really usefull bit of software that users may be interested in.

I've just added this Free livechat interface to my web site which I downloaded from http://www.livezilla.net.

Its the best and easyest I've come accross and has many features including Geo tracking of visitors (on Google Maps), ratings, offline messages, filters and much more.

I have yet to fully integrate it into my site (Home page etc) but you can see my first attempts (works very well) at http://www.aivahealth.co.uk/contact.php.

Oh and you don't need a MYSQL database, although the latest version can use one if you wish.

Anyone else had experience with Live Help systems?

This is a FORUM to post about your own EXTENSIONS :P

Maybe you should make an extension to work with LiveZilla? :o

Probably a much better place for it.

Might be interesting to attempt an extension version if I ever get the time although I'm not sure how much easier I could actually make it to be honest.

Still, I think it's a very usefull resource and hope it benefits users of WB.
