Cannot instantiate non-existent class: phpmailer

Good evening. I've encountered the following fatal error while testing a new form created by the wysiwygwebbuilder version 11.5 Form Wizard:
Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: phpmailer in /home/8/2/c/2529/2529/public_html/Masonic/Registration.php on line 30. This error immediately causes the browser to close.
The online URL is: http://samarcy.com/Masonic/Registration.php
It is a work in progress and this location is the staging area.
I have other websites built using this version with similar forms with no issues.
I have submitted a tech support ticket to the hosting provider for samarcy.com to confirm PHP is configured properly and active.
Thanks in advance for your advice.

First note that version 11 is no longer supported.

But it sounds like files are missing on the server.
Did you upload all files to the server?

Note that an error on a web page should never close the browser.
If that happens then something else (unrelated to your website) is wrong.

Thank you, Pablo.
I found that my hosting provider was running an older version of PHP, and once updated to v5.3, the problem was resolved.
Thanks!
