Anyone do "Confirmation E-mails" with standard WB forms?

Post by etcbbu » Sun Sep 16, 2018 8:22 pm

Hi all, just wanted to ask my fellow WB users and ask what my fellow WB'ers do, in order to execute "Confirmation E-Mails", after a user has successfully filled-out a form? If you'll notice, I have a super-basic form on this page:

https://www.talsichristianschoolfoundat ... iation.php

If you kind of scroll down and see the "RSVP for TCS Foundation Luncheon". I've got a client who would like to somehow have some sort of confirmation e-mail sent, if the user has marked "Yes" on the "Will you attend"? radio buttons on that form. Any idea how I could execute that? Doesn't have to be anything fancy.

Is there a way to somehow add the e-mail address that the user inputs into that "Your E-Mail Address" field received this "Confirmation E-mail" about which I'm talking?

Did you try 'auto responder' option?

I tried a new thing, and it successfully sent--thanks for pointing me to "Auto-Responder", Pablo!

This may be a little bit of a non-WB question, but:

Does anyone who use this auto-responder option (Pablo, or whoever otherwise) have any suggestions on crafting a "Name", or a "Subject", or whatever else about how I can set up my form, and however I set up my auto-responder such that the message will not be sent to "SPAM"? I know all mail-filters and different and whatnot, but the one I just tested and sent definitely *did* go to "SPAM". Just wondering if any of y'all had any tips on ways I could construct my form, here, and my "auto-responder" settings such that I decrease the possibility that it will be called "SPAM" and sent to a "SPAM-box"..?
