eMail every times load the page or reload the page with form

Post by kkchan » Tue Aug 21, 2018 8:52 pm

I made a page with layers, one of the layer has a form on it.
I enable form function of that layer and activate php eMail and write to spread sheet file functions of the layer.
Every time I load or reload the page from the browser (Chrome), it will send eMail to me but with no content. But seems it does not write to the file or I do not know because it has no content.
Any hints of this. Will this happen on Version 14 also?

A form should not be on a layer. If you want to implement a form on layer then enable the form of the layer itself. In HTML, forms cannot be nested.
I enable form function of that layer and activate php eMail and write to spread sheet file functions of the layer.

This should not happen. I think you have configured it wrongly.

If the email message is empty then maybe you have enabled rich text in the message settings (in which cads you will need to use variables for the data)?
Or maybe you have added custom code to the page?

Please note that WB11 is no longer supported.

Pablo:
 Sorry for trouble. I found the problem.
Problem was I added an additional PHP mail script in the page.
I deleted that PHP script and now works correctly.
Very appreciated of your concern and help.
