Hidden, Disabled, and visibility editbox

Post by davidflash » Thu Jan 25, 2018 2:49 pm

using javascript,
I tried changing one of my editbox to "hidden"
I tried changing one of my editbox to "disabled"
I tried changing one of my editbox visibility to "none"

Yet the WWB built-in validation with Info-bubble (real-time) still validate this editbox.

Question: Is there any way to disable the WWB validation on a partcular element once the form is opened??

Again, thansk for replying.

Haven't you already asked a similar question regarding disabling validations on form elements such as Editboxes?

No, the script cannot be disabled with a JavScript function.
The validation will affect multiple parts of the page (form and input fields).

No, this is not possible. The only way to remove validation is via the properties in WWB.
