Is it possible to change color and transparency of the placeholder text?

almost all browsers do not allow too much customization...

Ok, thanks for that, another question, is it possible to display success page or text etc, on the same page as the form?

There is no standard solution for this. The built-in form processor was designed to display another page success and error page.

Another question, I have selected "process variables in success page".
What is required on the success page for this to happen?
