What information is in the publish log?
What is the URL of the problematic page?

i think the problem is the header and footer coz when i did a text to the testing page it shows fine but when i add footer or header it does not.
i might be wrong but if the problem it the headers or footers i added on all pages how do i fix them

Everything seems to be correct.
What is the exact problem?

this page contains a footer and a navigation bar but it is not showing at all on the web
i just post the log for the testing page because the website log is too long
but the log file doesn't contains any errors

I do see the navigation and footer on my computer.
Maybe your do need to clear your browser cache?

Navigation and Footer seem to be there as can be seen in screenshot.. Maybe you are viewing a cached version of the page. Please clear your browsers cache and try viewing again.
