Problem with website

I have put a preview of my Brothers website on my web area.

This is not promoting the restaurant but there to highlight my problems.
http://ourartgallery.azurewebsites.net/

Now I have several problems.

Problem One:
When I view the index page on a mobile, the menu goes to three rows and causes the overlap on the page to cut out the text on the textbox below it.
The menu is a fixed layoutgrid.
I need a way of dynamically altering the padding or margin of the layoutgrid below it.

Problem Two.
When previewing on a mobile the font is too big.
How can I get the font to resize automatically to the resolution of the screen.

Many thanks for any feedback.
Terry

Menu Bar - Id prefer it if I could get all the objects to stay on one row when viewed on a mobile.
When I view mobile width on my screen it displays OK but when I view on the mobile it splits into three rows.

Can this be worked around?

Thanks
Terry

1. I do not see the overlaps. For me, the menu pushed down the other content (standard floating behavior)
2. Please see this related tutorial: http://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/responsive_text.html

To keep everything at one row you will have to make sure it fits inside the viewport.

It looks like the Themeable menu, like in this template:
