Preventing JQuery theme from publishing if not necessarry

How to disallow publishing any JQuery theme files (cupertino) if I don't use them.

Themes should not be published if you do not use them. Note however that they are required for jQuery UI widgets.

I don't use them. But indeed it might be included somewhere in an element or page properties. I must check it.
If the page is set to use JQ theme, does it publish it anyway even if no elemnent uses the theme? I think it can.

No! The theme will only be published if you have added elements that require the code.
