Table disappears during "Merge"

Post by RonHills » Mon Apr 09, 2018 6:06 pm

Good afternoon,

I have a page with images, text, and a table which is in front of a shape object.
I right click and choose "SELECT ALL"... I right click and choose "MERGE"... the table disappears.

(When I click "SPLIT OBJECTS" the table does NOT reappear.)

I am attempting to "MERGE" the items on the page, then publish them as an html file, and finally import that file into our newsletter software (MailList Controller v. 12.7. This works great except when a table is involved.

Note: The page property is set to "table layout."

I would appreciate knowing what I am doing wrong.
Thank you.

Sorry , this is not supported. Tables cannot be converted to an image with "Merge".
The merge option was designed to merge multiple images.

One way you can try to achieve this is by publishing the page the take a screenshot this will then be a image then just crop the table and use in whatever you need.
