The menu (CssMenu1) is outside the viewport. That is why the browser displays a scrollbar.
Please make sure all content is inside the page boundaries.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! That fixed. I could not see it at all. Then I discovered the Object manager which was not enabled in the ribbon.

For all the new ones out there - Tip

Enable the object manager in the ribbon If you are going to write responsive sites. Then you can see what is visible at each break point. You can make invisible from the Object manager. It will save you time trying to figure out what is going on.
