Did you change the style?
Did you publish all files?

Where can I see what you have tried?
Please try to be more specific, otherwise it will be difficult for me to help you.

Note that this functionality has not changed in WB14. It works the same as before.

In the editor the link is white. Copy on site-red

I'm ready to write the HTML code with my hands. Write what down?

<div id="wb_Text1">
<span style="color:#FFFFFF;font-family:Tahoma;font-size:12px;"><strong><a href="http://www.cneat.ru" class="Style1" target="_blank"> Главная</a>&nbsp; &#0124;&nbsp; <a href="http://www.cneat.ru/%D0%9F%D1%83%D0%B1% ... %B8%D0%B8/" class="Style1" target="_blank"> Публикации</a>&nbsp;&nbsp; &#0124;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href="http://www.cneat.ru/%D0%AD%D0%BA%D1%81% ... %82%D1%8B/" class="Style1" target="_blank">Эксперты</a>&nbsp;&nbsp; &#0124;&nbsp;&nbsp; <a href="http://www.cneat.ru/%D0%9A%D0%BE%D0%BD% ... %82%D1%8B/" class="Style1" target="_blank">Контакты</a></strong></span>
</div>

The hyper link style names are not correct. They conflict with style names from the Style manager.
You must give you styles valid and unique names.

In the project you have shared. There is no 'Style1', so that is why the link color is random.

On this page:
https://www.cneat.ru/reed.html

The name of the style is '.CustomStyle'. There should not be a dot in the name!

It seems you are making it much more different than it really is. Please just follow the tutorial.
