Insert a Site Tree

I have built a new website, but for the life of me, I cannot insert a Site Tree. I am assuming I am missing something very basic, but I am to the point of asking for help. I am obviously a beginner.

I have a page set up and I have tried dragging, double clicking, and inserting into a text box.

Do you mean the 'Site Tree' object?
You can add it to the page like any other object"
- select the object in the menu or toolbox
- draw a box where you want to place it

Notre that it cannot be part of a text object, it's a standard-alone object.

Ok, I am really embarrassed at how easy that was. You have some incredible patience. I was skipping the "draw the box" part. Thank you
