Changing text color of a CSS text link

I am unable to change the text color of a text link. I.e. in the HTLM the color of "Home" is #467AA7 { [ Home ]</a></span><span style="color:#467AA7;....}.
I want to change it to #008000 and can't do it in the Web Builder environment.
