Red is an agressive color. Looking at your pages and the color scheme you have used I suggest to change the background of the menu into dark grey. I think it will suit better. In general is a good looking site.

Design is basic but rich in content. You all have done lot of research :D

Which menu are you using?

Few issues...

1) It is not responsive I checked on iphone (5S) and Samsung galaxy (S7)
2) You have all text center aligned.
3) Page design can be reviewed and worked upon.
4) It is wasting space on left and right when viewed on desktop and tab
