Looking at the url and it's source code it shows that it wasn't made with the software but "FrontPage". You should note that all and any help here is for WYSIWYG Web Builder only not any other design tools such as what your link is made with.

make it soft scrolling page, instead "jump" rows
This is unrelated to the program but controlled by your system (windows). There even may be an app from the maker/manufacturer of the mouse that will allow better control if the scrolling.

Is it possible that you may have changed the location of the image(s)?
You can view the location of the image(s) in Tools -> Asset Manager.
Note: If you have opened and saved your project with v19.1.2 then it is not possible to open again in earlier versions of the software such as v19.1.1

Looking at the source (HTML) of the page you are using a lot of scripts (jquery files) and png images which combined are heavy to load. You nay want to try and optimize the pngs used and use the following to url to optimize the lottie files and see if this helps

There should be no difference in what is shown in the software and what is published. If there is it generally means that not all files required are not on the server. In the TOC it use css so if this is missing it will not display correctly so please ensure all files are published correctly.

First please note that WYSIWYG Web Builder is not a HTML Editor but a HTML Generator what this means is that no HTML exists till you publish. I have just discovered that an old problem I had (Calibri and Segoe font missing)
As these fonts are usually used to display symbols then if they are not installed then where you have used symbols they won't display correctly or not at all.
