I have visited the home page but there is not much content, I only see a couple of images.
So, I am not sure what 'hubspot website grader' is complaining about.
Can you be more specific?

Are you sure the fields names are correct?
Note that these are case sensitive.
Also, you have set 'listview' of all items to 'no'!
And the primary key must be in the listview, as documented in the PDF.

What exactly did you do before the file stopped working?
Did you try to open a backup?
Which version do you use?
If you need further assistance then please try to be more specific, or include a link to the project file so we can check it.

I do not see this issue in your project. However, it may be a rounding error (based on dpi, resolution, height of divder, etc) of the browser because the divider is SVG, so it is dynamically scaled. Re: Complicated combined graphics, svg, img text
If you use a section then you can either scale the items or align them to a fixed edge.
You can also add breakpoints to adjust the layout for different screen sizes.
A section uses 'fixed layout', because otherwise you cannot overlap items.

Re: If statement in forms and auto increment field
You can use conditions to implement 'IF' statement.
However, if you want to work in combination with a database, then you will need to implement a script. There is no way to do that visually.
