Re: Apps for Scheduling - I know this isn't WB

Have a look through the selection of ready made scripts at phpjabbers.

They have several which might suit your needs: https://www.phpjabbers.com/php-booking-scripts

Re: padding and margin Difference

I always think of those padded cells you see in prisons/asylums on TV - the padding is on the inside
@Mikro....

I certainly hope you are not talking from experience!

Re: current date - simple text

Make sure your page type is php, eg: index.php Select Insert HTML , and place the the code block wherever you wish to have the date displayed. Re: Changing the index page.

@kevindef: You might want to have a look at the suggestion by WWBman. It is pretty simple to set up "dummy" index which then redirects to whichever other index page you want. When changes are required to display a different index page, you ONLY have to change the name in your dummy page to the new i...

Re: Need a Spam-free form solution

I too, receive the occasional "unsolicited" post to my Contact Us form. It is totally unavoidable. Someone with nothing else better to do has found your site, and browsed some of the pages and found your form. By NOT putting a form on the main index page might prove less tempting, but is no guarante...

Re: Changing the index page.

@Pablo: Thanks for the details. That makes sense now. I'll be sure to keep my backup handy just in case! ;o)

@WWBman: Great thinking outside the box! That sounds like a novel approach which is very simple to implement. It kind of makes me wonder "why didn't I think of that myself?" LOL

Re: Changing the index page.

Pablo... Could you expand the steps of your Global Replace solution, please? I want to create some special Holiday home pages. These pages would have unique information relevant to these holidays. I would create them well in advance, and name them whatever... Easter.php, Christmas.php, Vacation.php,...

Re: when saving, I am missing elements

If you are missing things like photos, then make sure either copy the complete "image" folder, or hunt through the image folder looking for those "missing" photos. If you only copy the "latest" image files, you will miss copying those photos since the file date will be in the past, the actual date t...

Re: WB14 Footer

Also... in Page Properties, check the "height" of the page. The footer will locate itself at the bottom of this page height. Find where the bottom of your text ends, and adjust the page height to something a little bit larger.

Re: Input fields sensitivity on mobile device Note 8

I had a similar 'problem' with an iPad not responding to finger touches. Worked okay in Landscape mode, but not in Portrait (vertical). Sometimes mobile devices may have a protective film over the display to reduce scratching, which 'could' reduce the touch sensitivity. Or, the screen may have becom...

SOLVED: Upgrade to ver 14.0.2 fail

Missing extensions was the problem!! Blush... In the "early days" I had loaded a ton of extensions so that I could try out to see what I could best use. It's hard to know which are really no longer needed, so I went through the complete list on version 12 and installed the same on 14. Works now!! A ...
