Re: Images not on google Images???

Sorry for delay, been away for the holiday. This is the peculiar thing, I have applied all your suggestions a long while ago - and more. As stated earlier, none of these actions (of course) have been applied to simple frames and objects used in the design of my pages, and yet lots of them appear in ...

Images not on google Images???

I have tried everything (obviously not!) to get my trug images on Google image search. It shows customers trugs who have bought my trugs, it shows backgrounds, coloured frames and odd other things that have no trug relevance that are on my site, my logo etc. etc. but no pics of my trugs on my site? ...

I have just been asked to build a website for a cycle speedway team - but they need to edit it on a weekly basis entering racing results and fixture changes. Is this possible without having the actual WYSIWIG software, I will pass on this one if so because I don't have the time to teach the several ...

Responsive text

As I have said several times before, I will rebuild my website to be fully responsive, but at the moment I am working on individual pages. What I want to do is make my 'all text' feedback page responsive, so how do I create or what do I select to make text responsive.

GZIP compression

Doing a SEO online test, it was recommended that I use GZIP compression. The instruction was to simply enter the code below into my .htaccess file. Is it that simple or am I missing something? In Apache, enabling output compression is fairly straightforward. Add the following to your .htaccess file:...

Sitemap.xml

I have created a sitemap using an online generator. What it returned was a page of HTML. When I look at the 'old' file (which is now wrong) using IPswitch FTP, it shows as a small icon. How do I create or edit a xml file to insert the new sitemap, then upload?

Re: Paypal cart - No alternative payment option??

My mistake, I was using a PayPal 'Buy Now' link - I should have been using the 'Shopping Cart' link! When I changed to Cart all was as it should be. Thankyou both

Paypal cart - No alternative payment option??

I am updating my website. On my existing 'buy now' page, when a customer click to pay there are two options - 1) Pay with PayPal or 2) Checkout which takes the buyer to a page where they can pay with a card.
