Re: ***UPDATED*** DB Technosystems Form Processor 02/09/2011

I have not tried it but, knowing how the script structure is, I think there should be no issues. It will simply work independently from the DBTS Form Processor.

Re: How to protect a download ?

They are correct in saying that they use the /tmp directory and SHOULD work fine.
However, not always this is true.

Please test as I suggested and see if you can stay logged in a protected page (without the script), just to make sure that sessions work ok.

Re: How to protect a download ?

Most probably it is a server issue with the "session_save_path". Often hosting companies make PHP updates and they change the default settings. To verify if this is the case, try loging in and visiting a protected page (which does NOT contain the script). If you can't visit that either, most probabl...

Re: DBTS form processor on WWB 12.4.0

1. Have you set the "Functioning Mode" property to be "to be "Working Mode" ?
2. Actually it is section "N. CSV Data Storage".

Re: Forms queery

To receive a form like format, you need to use a processor that can send HTML template based emails.

Have a look at viewtopic.php?f=42&t=20732&hilit=dbts+form+processor

Re: Using WB 12.3.1 Form and PHP processor

You will have to create the necessary code yourself, create a .php file and save it on the server. Then you will need to "call" it through the "Custom processing" section of the DBTS Form Processor properties with a simple

include(filename.php);

command.

Re: Using WB 12.3.1 Form and PHP processor

No, you need to create custom code to perform the operations I described and then include it in the DBTS Form Processor.

Re: Form CSV files

Yes, the CSV file stores the data submitted from ALL submissions (unless you do what I suggested above). Yes, you can compress the file on the server (using PHP) but NO, there is no way to password protect the zipped file before emailing it. This would require an executable on the server which is no...

Re: Form CSV files

Hi Bry, no, your issue is a bit different. The CSV file created by the DBTS Form Processor, as well as the one created by the WWB built in processor, contain the data of ALL submissions (so not simply the last one) Also, the CSV file, be default, can only be emailed to the "autoresponder" email addr...

Re: Using WB 12.3.1 Form and PHP processor

The file is unique. It gets updated each time a new submission takes place. If you need to receive a file with only the data of each single submission, you will have to modify the script. If you analyse the DBTS Form Processor code, to see how it uses attachments, you can modify it to do as follows:...

Re: Form CSV files

Your file seems incomplete (starts with a comma, as if the starting part is missing) and also corrupted (in the last line not all titles exist.

Please delete the CSV file from the website using FTP and make a fresh new start to see if the file is correctly created and updated with each submission.

Re: Form CSV files

Please set the form action (in the form properties) as per my above post.
In the page HTML you posted above, the action is blank (no action)

Re: Form CSV files

Ok, I am now getting the Adminstrator's email with populated form field input. The "multipart" setting in the form did it. Unfortunately I did not see that requirement anywhere in the userguide. Additionally, when using WWB built-in form processor I was getting everything (admin email, autoreply em...

Re: Form CSV files

Please publish the form page URL.

Most probably the data is not sent because you have not set, in the form properties, the Encoding Type to be "Multipart / form data".
For the same reason no autoresponder message is sent.
Please provide the form URL so I can have a look.

Re: Form CSV files

The DBTS_Form Processor DOES create headers in the CSV file. The headers are automatically set to be the form field names.
Also, all fields are saved in the CSV including datestamp and ip address
