I have reloaded the form page again and resetting the field data type to "No Constraints" HAS resolved the problem. However, I would like to make it a text only data field any suggestions as to how I can achieve this with the aforementioned problem preventing it?

Was just about to post that I answered my own question when I wrote in my query about my Documents folder being on my D:Drive. You're of course right. I had not changed the location in Options. All working fine now.

I deleted the DB and remade and use the Make DB script to create the fields. The Admin is now working showing the Role field as well as all of he other fields. Thanks
The login page isn’t working now but hopefully I can sort that out.

Yes, I revisited the instructions of MySQL Connector - Version 1.2 after my last post and noted the options in the instructions, item 6. I will give this a try.
