Toolbox/Miscellaneous/Blog

I want to set up a link from the text in an Article in a Blog (Article Layout = Classic) to a Page in the Project. In the Object Properties for the Article there is a link option. How do I join/connect/relate the text to the Link Option?
Hope that makes sense!

Re: Bookmarks

I have a page (Page n where n=2) that has an icon on it. In the icon properties I have a link to Page 21 plus a Bookmark 8 to a text object on Page 21. On Page 21 there are 15 text objects. The objective is to link to Page 21, when the icon on Page 2 is clicked, and display the text item on Bookmark...

Bookmarks

Is there a way to link From Page n to a Bookmark in Page n+1 so that only the target Bookmark text shows? There are several Bookmarks on the Page n+1 and all of the display regardless of what type of Target Window of Frame is identified. I want to link to and display the target bookmarked text only.

Re: Text alignment in Content Holder

This issue can be closed. There were too many complications on our side to accomplish the transfer of the page. I chose to do some "what if" trials and eventually figured out that text is not just "text" when imported; it has to become an "image". After that it was plain sailing and we have imported...

Re: Text alignment in Content Holder

To be able to help you I need to see what you have done. See this related FAQ: http://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=82134 To clarify #1; Can I just duplicate the project file, delete everything except the Master Frame, the page with the problem and include the original MS Wor...

Re: Text alignment in Content Holder

That worked only to revise the font and get all the text onto a single screen without scrolling the overflow however, this was not the original problem. I have the page size set at 800x600 for both Master Frame and the Content Page. The header and footer fill the screen left to right. The text in th...

***Solved***Text alignment in Content Holder

Using WB14. Created a Master Frame for Header/Footer on multiple pages. Content Place Holder set up as per procedure (I think and Hope; gone over the tutorials "n" times). The text for all pages is copy pasted from MS Word files. Everything looks very pretty in the Preview except… the text is in exa...

Re: Site Manager

Update. I uninstalled as recommended and used a utility to remove broken Registry keys (just in case). I then shutdown and did a re-boot. After checking to see that the original WB14 download was still accessible (it was), I used the 'Set up' utility to re-install (it was successful) and using the d...

Re: Site Manager

It seems the preferred option on your end and ours is to re-install. I will do that over the weekend. If I get the opportunity I will also try and replicate what I think I was doing when I think the Site Manager disappeared otherwise I will get to it during the week and report. I would like to publi...

Re: Site Manager

I do not want to perform any action involving the Registry Keys and the operating system myself; I am not comfortable with that. At this stage I am not ready to concede that I hid the Site Manager by mistake.I have three monitors on this desktop and am looking at the WB14 work screen on one of them ...

Re: Site Manager

I checked the hidden window to the best of my ability (moving what was visible). Nothing revealed itself. No, I have not re-installed - yet. There are two issues to be addressed before doing that; 1) given that any project files are backed up and the back ups are secure, what other folder/file compo...

Re: Site Manager

You have got to be kidding! You expect a low level technology user to mess around with Registry Keys?? Option 2 looks pretty complicated as well. How would it be if I removed the complete application via the Control Panel and re-installed it? I assume the may be an option.

Site Manager

User documentation indicates there is a site manager window on the right side of the Workspace. I cannot activate this utility. What do I do to show it together with the Properties Inspector?
