Re: Inconsistent results with mobile version of my site

Thanks again, yes the transition issue I can live with. I did catch the different image sizes, they've been corrected. Had one that was still cmyk, maybe that's what caused it.

Re: Inconsistent results with mobile version of my site

Thanks for the reply, it's actually not new ..I guess I've just never noticed it. It is in the current site https://www.danger.graphics/index.htm. Just one fairly abrupt transition late in the slideshow, not a huge concern. I've checked and rechecked the images, rearranged them. Not sure why it's oc...

Re: Inconsistent results with mobile version of my site

Thanks to Pablo and crispy68 from wizbangwebdesign.com. My site is up and responding, now I can start the actual site. Ha. I have much to learn. Tried adding a few new images to the slideshow but am getting a slight hiccup with one of the transitions, so not sure. Thanks again for the help, I'm sure...

Re: Inconsistent results with mobile version of my site

Hi crispy68 WOW, pretty much. Thanks so much for weighing in ..ohh the questions, ha. You've managed to keep that slideshow in the viewport smh, I have no idea. I've actually visited your site in the past, great stuff! I updated my site just hours ago with two new breakpoints, the results are ok (I ...

Re: Inconsistent results with mobile version of my site

Really, I'm surprised it's not displaying properly on your desktop. That's the first I've heard. Huh. Loads on my desktop and others fine really, always been consistent ..so when I say "this is what I want" I'm assuming you're seeing the same thing I am. Sorry about that. If anyone else in the forum...

Re: Inconsistent results with mobile version of my site

I was advised to redo it to more common sizes and maybe a different approach to responsiveness. That's what I've posted earlier with the two layers, trying to get them to work like my original concept.

This is what I want to do. My original issue ..and still, was that it didn't work consistently on mobile devices.

Re: Inconsistent results with mobile version of my site

Please see my original site...

https://www.danger.graphics/index.htm

I'd like the pages to load centered "on top" of each other yet still be responsive. When I assign the layers to float, appears by default they load vertically.

Re: Inconsistent results with mobile version of my site

Thank you. I've updated the breakpoint layout and assigned the layers to full width here.. https://1drv.ms/f/s!AkLAWCMtcu-1a8HBJIW9CUd5vwE I'm trying to build a solid foundation, its five words on two layers. I should be able to get these right. The documentation dictates that floating layers are wh...

Re: Inconsistent results with mobile version of my site

Please see my previous post. I've since started the new site from scratch, no copied elements whatsoever. Already having issues. Please see below.. https://1drv.ms/u/s!AkLAWCMtcu-1ge9hBKzNbStJwv00Ag I've tried various layer treatments and am not getting good results at all really. Please advise, tha...

Re: Inconsistent results with mobile version of my site

Yes, it has been frustrating. I guess I'll have to start from scratch. Can you suggest a good common px dimension for my design? ..and breakpoints?

Re: Inconsistent results with mobile version of my site

Please read my two previous posts. I actually tried to delete and recreate just layer 6, is that possible? When I did layer 1-5 were also deleted. Thanks again
