Are you sure the Galaxy S4 displays the 320 breakpoint?
Most mobile devices have a larger screen.
I am not sure. But I set background as 100%,100% at 320 and 480

Yes, at default view it is fixed. But at Break-Point 320 I set the background as 100%, 100%. Is it the issue?

When you do paste action the Button2 will be pasted behind the Button1. So when you click, the Button1 will be selected as it is on top. After publishing just zip your project folder with password :D
