Its possible that you may have enabled 'Easy Mode'? when this is enabled 'Easy Mode' will hide all advanced features.

This will require scripting such as javascript and css. Now, this is just my opinion, do you really want to add one of the most hated features to your site?. Maybe the following will be of interest Tabs Paging look at example 4. Note that this is using custom coding but you may be able to use/implement into WWB yourself.

The forms used in WYSIWYG Web Builder use PHP so they require a server that supports PHP to run and process the PHP so you are unable to preview locally.
