My original invoice for WB11 advised it may be installed on 3 computers. Correct you can install on a max of three machines this could be a mix of desktop/laptops. Note the license is for personal use only and cannot ( Do I haven a second user) be shared I updated to Version 12 on 6th January 2018....
The issue is that the file name is invalid and cannot be accessed. All that is being asked is that you provide a working url to it so that can be downloaded so it can be checked. So can you please provide a url that is valid and that the file name is also valid so that help can be given.
