Re: Bringing Login dialog in front of home page

Then as Pablo has previously mentioned you can use the jQuery Modal for this. I would also suggest this as well due to when it opens the background of the Modal has a light opacity.

Re: Bringing Login dialog in front of home page

Alex try to be more clear.... 'frontpage.html' is actually a page in your site correct?? or are you referring to using 'Frontpage' source code in WWB???. Alex for those of us who remember "Frontpage" was Microsoft's attempt at web design so you can see why it is being asked is it source code or is i...

Re: The Other User cannot open WYSIWYG File

The other user has 11.6 now I have 11.6.5 and I sent her a 11.6.5 file and she was not able to open it now as you mentioned probably because of the new version. Correct! As you have mentioned you have opened your 11.6 in 11.6.5 once you do this then you cannot go and open again in any earlier versi...

Re: PDF-viewer (with “Book” – effect)

Yes it is possible but you will need to use a alternative that doesn't use Flash such as jQuery. This is why I pointed you to the links. If these are not suitable then a search of Google will maybe return something or you may need to source a developer who can do this for you at a cost.

Re: PDF-viewer (with “Book” – effect)

It is, but it not worth the hassle due to many if not all browsers not supporting for instance Google Chrome blocks it, were as Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge browsers will make users request Flash activation before running it. And as previously mentioned mobile devices such as Android and Apple...

Re: Firefox problem

It is not just this code there is other code you have added manually that is affecting how things work. So as asked/suggested please remove all code/scripts you have added and only add if you understand how to use. No offense is meant.

Re: PDF-viewer (with “Book” – effect)

See the following similar thread and links by myself. And just like Pablo I would recommend to forget "Flash" as it is almost obsolete and mobile devices don't support it.

Re: The Other User cannot open WYSIWYG File

Both parties must have the exact same version on there machines. This means that the client must also have WWB 11.6.5 and not 11.6. On another note does your client have a "Licence' of there own? or have you installed your "Licence" on there machine, as you have stated by yourself you installed a "c...

Re: Hiding page name following site URL

No, please simply try each one to see what suits your needs and whatever works use. I don't know who you use for hosting but to be saying to you the customer "it is outside the scope of their support" I would be asking what do you support then as it is s server configuration and do you support this ...

Re: Hiding page name following site URL

Hi Alex, I know that you are not looking for a redirect that answer was to Rob and not yourself. Now in some instances you may need to use add "multiviews" to the .htaccess if this is the case then add the following to the top of the .htaccess Options +MultiViews Example: <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> Op...

Re: Hiding page name following site URL

Hi Rob no permissions needed 😀 at all fire away. Both are just as good as each other and they do the same in the end. The PHP does requires the page extension to be .php were you can just add the .htaccess to the original file (if you already have one) and that's it. The following would be added to ...
