Some of suggestions have no point in creating an extension for. For example, the display username when logged on idea has already been invented. Please read through the extension index to get an idea.

I think it would be even better if you made it so the message was only displayed if the user was logged in.
e.g

Yes, well it works for me, on my server as it does on my other test server.
I know I should of put it in a string. It works, and that is the most important thing. :)

The showusericon variable is set in the properties. If you selected yes in the properties, it would be $showusericon = Yes;

I have thought of an easier idea. Insted of having to enter the field names etc into each object, there will be a DB connection object that you insert on each page as well.

CAPTCHA is so that robots or non-humans cannot submit the form. However, I recon technology is developing to read images! If you just did a simple plain text question, the robot could read the html to find the answer!

No, they can't see the data, becuase it's PHP all ascript will be exected on the server, it will not be sent to the browser.
