No, magnifipopup will not be used for lazy load.
It will only be used when you activate the lightbox in gallery, slideshow or link.

For me, it seems to work correct.
There is no scrollbar at the bottom of the page, so there are no object outside the viewport as far as I can tell.

The script will not be uploaded if you did not use it.
So, somewhere in your project you must have enabled it for an image or gallery.

First note that tables are not meant to be used for layouts. They are mainly for create text columns. For layouts you can use layout grids instead. The page does not have any breakpoints so a mobile browser will display the desktop version.

I was able to reproduce the problem with the project and it has been fixed in the latest build (4/20/2021)
