Re: WYSIWYG 14 publish.dat file problems

I use the Windows Defender firewall. It only manages connections to the network. The security system manages access permissions. Just to verify, I turned off the firewall and same thing. OK, this is really strange... I rebooted the computer and renamed the file publish-old.dat to publish.dat and WWB...

Re: WYSIWYG 14 publish.dat file problems

Maybe you have changed the system folder in Tools->Options->Files & Folders? No. I'm using default options for that. The folder is as I posted in my original question, where <user> stands for my user name. Maybe the folder is read-only? No. I checked that file property before asking the question. B...

WYSIWYG 14 publish.dat file problems

Just tried to publish, and only My Computer destination was available in the publish dialog pull-down. Added my old FTP destination, and successfully published. Same project, few minutes later, tried to publish another page. Newly added FTP location gone. Had to add again. Looked and gone again, nev...

Re: Links always open in new window

I don't think so. I'm using Firefox 56.0.2 and don't see a way to do that. It's strange. There's a link in this page that looks like this: <a href="http://www.tigersharks.us" class="postlink">http://www.tigersharks.us</a> It opens in the same tab. There's a link in the above page that looks like thi...

Links always open in new window

I just noticed this odd behavior that I never had a problem with before. I changed a link from "Page in this Project" to "External Web Address", "Open in same browser window" was set and the "Value" was empty. The link opens in a new browser window. This happens in both WWB 11 & 12. As a workaround,...

Printable Audit Report

Is there any way to print a page-by-page audit report that would include basic info like page properties (title, description, meta tags, etc), weight, and all other things that would be useful for a client review and planning meeting? I know I can get the stuff by using the menus and looking at the ...

Re: Affix + CSS Menu + Master Page + Breakpoints

SOLVED!!! I figured it out and got it to work perfectly! My problem was that my webpage was set to "Center Horizontally" but my master page was set to "Do not center." This caused the problem. I changed my master page to "Center Horizontally" and it's working great! Thanks for this great software, P...

Re: Affix + CSS Menu + Master Page + Breakpoints

Could it be that the horizontal offset for affixed objects isn't calculated correctly for any breakpoint other than the default?

Affix + CSS Menu + Master Page + Breakpoints

I'm trying to use a CSS menu in a master page and have the menu stay in the view region, on a variety of screen sizes. It works great in my default size, but the smaller breakpoints force the css menu to the left. It's out of the centered page region and not aligned to the left margin like in the de...

I like this captcha code.

I really like this code and just wanted to add a couple of things. Recently my website's contact form started getting spammed so I added this code and hopefully the problem will be solved. I ran into a problem with some php setting in my hosting service that disabled session variables, so I wanted t...

Stock Photos

I'm finishing up a website and was benefited by a source of stock photos on the web. They have a bunch of freebies that you can download and use royalty-free on your website. They also have a site that offers premium photos, very cheap... from a buck a pic. I used some freebies and bought one premiu...
